Art - at a very high level in Ireland - Boyne area monuments and othersites.See "The Stars and the Stones" Martin Brennan Thames and Hudson 1983 - "Irish Symbols of 3500 BC" N L Thomas Mercier Press (Cork and Dublin)1988.
Funerary Architecture - "Dolmens For the Dead" Roger Joussaume Guild Publishing London 1985/88. "Connaissance des Megalithes" Robert Laffont Editions Robert Laffont (Paris). "Standing Stones" Jean-Pierre Mohen Thames and Hudson 1999.
These are just a few suggestions - you should receive many more from the Net.I could send you a little written and duplicated material if you needed it and I had an address. Good hunting.
