Hiya,

I saw on yahoo that some people have started digging at stonhenge to find out when it was built, and they have started on the blue stones. We really don't need to know when it was built! Then after a while, it will collapse and they will wander why. I don't know about you guys, but this REALLY is frustrating and is WAY out of order.

I fear that in a few years, stonehenge will be nothing but a pile of old stones :(
May all the ancient monuments be well preserved.

Hmmm... it's certainly interesting to find out the exact date of the building, certainly. A good archaeological excavation sould not alter the structure at all and could yield very important evidence.

Do you have any reason to think it's going to cause any trouble? I don't.

Hi Tristan,
The stones won't fall down.
They were embeded into concrete to stabalise them in the 1950's.
