On December 1st Jupiter, Venus and a cresent moon gather together in the sky.

I got a nice view of Jupiter (above) and Venus (right) tonight.

Keep looking south after sunset....

This evening I managed to get a photo of the International Space Station flying over Jupiter and Venus at the Avebury Stone Circle in Wiltshire.

Well I went to Stonehenge but alas the British weather turned and it clouded over.
Did anyone get any photos?

I had to settle for a sunset photo

I took this from Farley Mount near Winchester. It was fascinating to watch the end of the ocultation as Venus appeared slowly from behind the moon. I was pleased that the earthlight showed quite well. Soon afterwards the clouds rolled in an that was that  :(

The Next photo opportunity comes on the 29th December when Mercury and Jupiter are joined by a new moon
with Venus hanging high in the sky.

That means you are not connected correctly to the forum. Can you please try to log out and then log in again to the forum and see if the problem persists?

From this side everything looks fine.

BTW, below is the result of what I saw two days ago at dusk. About 10 min after that all the southern sky got clouded...

Yes Diego that's what I see but like Shiny logging in/out makes no difference  :huh: Pete, your pics come up fine.
