Dear friends,
A few users reported that they are having problems while using this forum. We have updated its software to the latest version available (3.0.3), that hopefully would solve all the bugs left on the previous one.
In case, please send us a PM explaining any problem still present while using this forum.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

We have investigated further into a series of issues some users reported - especially when viewing or adding posts - and found that the most recent versions of the main browsers:

Do not have any problem showing the forum pages as they should - with zero problems.

Unfortunately, users with both Internet Explorer version 7 or 6 do have nasty page rendering problems. We realize that not everyone is happy with the idea of installing the most recent browser version on their computers, so we got in contact with the forum software developers, trying to find a way to solve these problems.

We will keep you posted! In the meantime, thanks for your patience and understanding

True, any upgrade can cause problems ... but particularly with web browsers, for security reasons, one should always run the most recent version . There was a flurry of security updates, (Firefox, MacOS, Flash Player), just in the last day or so .

OK, fortunately we found the cause of the viewing problems for those using either Internet Explorer 6 or 7: somehow - during the upgrade process of the forum software from version 2 to 3 - a </span> closing tag went missing. This caused IE 6 and 7 to load the page very slowly and with a weird layout. We have added the missing tag and now everything is back to normal!  :)

Thanks for your patience and enjoy our forum!
