I like the website, but I think that it would be usefull if you had national maps indicating the locations referred to.

These maps of the British home countries/ regions are really excellent, Diego! Probably the best. Congratulations. However, the inclusion of Northern Ireland in the Irish Republic (and under their flag) might provoke complaints. It might be a good idea to give Northern Ireland a different colour.

You are perfectly right and we'll change the color of Northern Ireland as soon as we can. Right now we are preparing a nice surprise for our visitors: just wait a little more and you'll discover another new (and hopefully useful) section of the Stone Pages!
...To be honest, it'll be a complete redesign of an existing (and very popular) section of our website. Just wait and see!

There are a lot of Irish people who would consider your treatment of N. Ireland on the map to be a wonderful example of good common sense - something that the politicians seem to lack.
I say let it stand as it is. Ireland is Ireland and the tomb builders and stone erectors knew no artificial boundary.
