differentiated these [ changes ] in time accordingly the stages I - IV, because chronology [ changes ] on the indicated site is expounded in a functional aspect, on this  “ page “ more in detail we will consider the followings questions : a) - why and as there were hills both longitudinal and cross-section, the reasons of occurrence of seismic fluctuations in various places of a planet with various intensity, since what moment in the past these fluctuations have begun and how many will proceed still ;  it is now proved that types of megafauny at present terms neither to exist nor move would not be able, hence in times of the I stage

#  in times of the III stage followed ( 10 cycles ) this natural phenomenon, taking into account that a complete cycle ( f1 – a1 ) lasted ( ~ 70 thousand years ) it was succeeded to define that Earth appeared on the orbit of a Sun ( ~ 700 - 800 thousand years ), hence during of the III stage the bowels of planet must cool off the thickness of Ms must was be increased here, but in actual fact all is quite reverse for the last 50 - 60 years a thermal hearth under Antarctic Continent stipulated the global change of temperature background of planet ; after tectonic changes in the final phase of the II stage, active fragments began  to “burn” down which are dispersed on a different depth in a hard shell on different continents, consequently with beginning of the III stage a thermal process entered into a new phase which proceeds presently, for example : to erect the mountain peak of type of Kilimanjaro - it is necessary to warm up the “cylinder” of hard shell on a depth ( tens of km ) at surplus pressure of magma, that characteristically in many mountain peaks a channel on which periodically erupts magma or an ash is thrown out functions on an extent ( thousands of years ), here nobody tries to define the type of these fragments which select the lots and lots of kilo-calories

general description of thermal process in times of II, III and the IV stages is a continuous change of volume of magma in incommensurable scales accordingly for the different intervals of time, if heating of bowels of the earth or all of planet can take a place repeatedly ( change speed ), a thermal process is analogical in times of III and the IV stages can happen - it is only single ,that in next times confirms an axiom, that bowels of the earth of planet in the past ( millions, milliards of years ) were in the hard state, hypotheses, that a planet in the past was in the heated state, and on a surface there was a great number of volcanoes which hearths of life were near -  is not proved  because volcanic activity even for the last millenniums was not accompanied appearance not only of living organisms but even by appearance though of primitive types of plants in the area of action of volcanoes or geysers

after processes ( a - b ) and ( b – b1 ) on the area of the graph ( b11 - c ) the thermal stream of bowels of the earth stabilized mass of icy dome and level of Ocean ; in  general, present civilization canonized here : the level of Ocean which is stabilized by a thermal stream of bowels ,  un- stationary position of Ms, Static model of globe,  great number of publications in which the separately taken [ changes ] is examined in the past - as a result all in general and nothing concretely

* thus both models of the globe, the publication on themes: events the past on a planet and “ the structure and physical properties of a planet “ - have allowed to prove in general, that [changes] in the past during stages II, III and IV occurred on a background of thermal processes in bowels, naturally seismic changes will proceed until then yet will not burn out active fragments and thickness Ms on all area of a planet will start to increase; the theme Dynamic model of the globe to some extent adjoins to many sciences - on a base site necessity of creation of the Coordination center for more detailed work and specification of many positions in particular even on this "page" is proved - so one of variants “ event of the past on a planet ” this variant does not exclude occurrence alternative
