Imagine my surprise when Dovid Krafchow (The Jewish Bohemian) said – talking about his book 2012 And The Cabala -- that Venus was going to transit the sun for six minutes on the sixth of June (2012) which is the sixth of Sevon which is the same day the Jewish people received the Torah, about 3500 years ago because my Neptune Equation is based around Venus creating the multiplier of 7.2, and Krafchow further pointed out that 72 is the highest gematria for the name of the God of Israel, YHWH.

For months that preoccupied, my mind as to what it meant, until the next clue came.  I learned before the Jews received the Torah, they were Amorites of Syria and Cannan who eventually migrated to Mesopotamia (Iraq) to live in the Akkadian Empire with the Sumerians.  It would seem the Sumerians of Nineveh worshiped Ishtar.  Why is that important to all of this?  I wrote the following:

The Constant of Nineveh, which was in Ancient Sumerian Cuniform tablets was recognized to be, by Maurice Chatelain, who was in charge of developing the communication systems for the Apollo Missions (landing on the moon), the long sought after number that would describe every cycle in the solar system, has verified my Neptune Equation (Read A Distant Echo From The Past in my book The Genesis Hypothesis, or first story in my book A Distant Echo From the Past.)  I find this interesting because in the Assyrian Religion (Ashurism), Ishtar represents Venus, and was the patroness of Nineveh, where the constant was found.  Venus is the multiplier of 7.2 in my Neptune Equation, which comes from the ratio of venus orbit to earth orbit multiplied by the mass of earth divided by the mass of the mars.  Further the latter ratio is 10 so the former is 0.72.  Now Maurice Chatelain has made the compelling argument in his book Our Cosmic Ancestors, that the Sumerians could not have derived this number, that modern mathematicians looked for and could not find, but that it had to be given to them by gods or astronauts.  He makes the argument that we are the descendants of ancient astronauts.  He further suggests many of our Gods have something to do with these Ancient Astronauts, who gave us technology such as metallurgy and so on.

Just what is The Neptune Equation?  I talk a bit about it in this interview:

The Secret Of Neptune: Interview with Ian Beardsley

Interviewer: Ian, you believe that the planet Neptune holds a clue as to the fate of the Earth, and that it is no coincidence that the planet is named after the Roman Sea God, because we must one day sail the cosmic ocean to survive as a species.  Do you want to elaborate on that?

Ian: We have an equation for a sequence that shows the Earth straddled between Venus and Mars. Venus is a failed Earth.  Mars promises to be New Earth. The equation that I presented in my work: The Secret Of Neptune, is:

Venus orbit divided by earth orbit times earth mass divided by mars mass, all that times n minus the mars orbital number equals the nth term of the sequence.

I call it The Neptune Equation.

The Mars orbital number is 4.  If we want to know what planet in the solar system holds the key to the success of Earth, or to the success of humans, we let n =3 in the Neptune equation since the Earth is the third planet out from the Sun, and the result is that the third term = 17.6.  This means the planet that holds the key is Neptune. It has a mass of 17.23 earth masses, a number very close to our 17.6.

Not only is Neptune the indicated planet, I found it had nearly the same surface gravity as earth. Though it is much more massive than earth, it is much larger.  That was why it comes out to have the same surface gravity.

Interviewer: I see, and how did you derive The Neptune Equation?

Ian: It started with my discovery of nine fifths in the Universe. It is in the orbit of Saturn at its closest approach to the Sun compared to the orbit of Jupiter at its closest approach to the Sun. That calibration puts the earth mystically at one unit from the Sun. Jupiter and Saturn are the largest planets in the solar system and named after the Roman and Greek Gods of the Gods.
As well the ratio of the molar masses of Gold to Silver is nine-fifths, and the ratio of the Sun’s radius to the moon’s orbital radius is nine-fifths.

Once I had discovered this enigma of nine-fifths in the Universe I guessed we were not just dealing with nine-fifths, but any whole number multiple of nine-fifths, or any whole number multiple of 1.8 in other words. That is I wrote the sequence:

1.8, 3.6, 5.4, 7.2, and on…

It did turn out to be an expression of the solar system as a whole.

I took, as well, the sequence where you start with five, then add nine to each successive term, which is:

5, 14, 23, 32, and on…

I then took the difference between these two sequences to arrive at a third sequence, which is:

3.2, 10.4, 17.6, 24.8, and on…

That is an arithmetic sequence that can be written 7.2n minus 4 equals the nth term.  That is the Neptune equation.

Interviewer: You also claim your work indicates we are here for a reason.

Ian: Yes, I find that my enigmatic discovery of nine-fifths in the solar system and nature, unifies the two most important ratios in mathematics, pi, which is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter and the golden ratio, which is the ratio you obtain by dividing a line such that the whole compared to the longer section is the same as the longer section compared to the shorter section.

Pi is 3.141 to three places after the decimal and the golden ratio is 1.618 to three places after the decimal. If we add those two values, we get 4.759.

Considering the important part, the values after the decimal, which is the fraction, the seven is the average of nine and five and the next term is 5 and the one after that is 9.  It is further interesting that the fourth and fifth digits after the decimal in pi are five and nine respectively.

So I conclude that since the solar system unifies pi and the golden ratio through nine-fifths, that we are here for a reason.  I think it is no mistake that the solar system has such a structure. Though I have no clue as to what could have had a hand in bringing this about. Knowing we are here for a reason, the next logical question to ask is: what is that reason? There is much more to this story, and I have covered it in my booklet Are Humans Alone In The Universe And Are They Here For A Reason published at lulu dot com in paperback, and is available for free download at Issuu and Scribd.

I would interpret the above discovery as such:

Gods Of Flesh And Blood And One Beyond Human Understanding

Maurice Chatellain has not been the only person to suggest that our Ancient Cosmic Ancestors from other worlds gave our technology to us, but the intelligence analyst Bob Dean has said the same.  In fact both have said they gave us such things as our Gods.  Maurice Chattelain was in charge of developing the communications systems and computers for The Apollo Mission, more than one of which landed humans on the moon, and Bob Dean was assigned to the War Room in France.

It is no wonder that the Nineveh Constant, discovered by Chatellain to be the great constant of the solar system, was unearthed in Mesopotamia at the Library of King Assurbanipal in Nineveh.  It seems to provide some kind of support for the validity of my Neptune equation.  I have already talked about that.  That which I would like to say is that the Assyrians of this place worshiped the Gods:

The Moon (Sin)
The Sun (Shamash)
Jupiter (Marduk)
Venus (Ishtar)
Saturn (Ninurta)
Mercury (Nabu)
Mars (Nergal)

And as such were perhaps paying tribute to flesh and blood entities from other worlds that gave them science.  And that the Amorites were influenced to abandon the following of, for one God (YHWH) to worship that, which was not of flesh and blood but that which represented everything unknown, perhaps even to those advanced civilizations throughout the Galaxy, if not the Universe:

Llu (Sky)
Atiratu (Unknown)
Attartu (Fertility)
Haddu/Hadadu (Storm)
Samsu (Sun Godess)
Warihu (Moon God)

And as such polytheism and monotheism would converge upon Mesopotamia.

Dating The Constant Of Nineveh

The constant of Nineveh dates to a time long before the existence of the Assyrian Library of King Assurbanipal (669 BC – 626 BC).   It was written on one of the much older Clay Sumerian Cuneiform Tablets, a collection of which he had thousands.  Maurice Chatellain does some amazingly convincing theorizing that puts the age of the gift of the constant to us at 65,000 years.  You guessed it, that means we were given advanced mathematics by astronauts from which we descended before we were homo sapiens, but something perhaps like homo erectus chipping stones!

But I find it much more reasonable, if we have to connect a date to the constant coming into our hands to go back to another time:  The birth of agriculture, which we cannot assign to a precise birth date, as it gradually took hold over thousands of years, though we can assign to it a place, and that would be around the where the library was, Mesopotamia, and we could estimate that to be around some 12,000 years ago.

With the birth of agriculture came religion.  While the Amorites came to this land of the polytheism of Ashurism, they were to abandon their own worship of many gods and return to Canaan under Abraham to “make a great nation of his seed”.  The accepted theory is, though, that the Torah was written by the Jews in Babylonian exile. This was in the same area as the library of King Assurbanipal, and around the same time (cerca 600 BC).

Mesopotamia And Egypt

In so far as Mesopotamia was the perfect place for hunters and gathers to settle and begin agriculture because it had year round sun and water, I believe from my astronomical calculations laid out in this paper that everything has something to do with Mesopotamia, whether or not you look at the time Maurice Chatellain pointed us to 65,000 years ago for the gift to us of the Nineveh Constant or my belief that perhaps the gift was given to us 12,000 years ago around when agriculture began, or we see a significant time of when King Assurbanipal had his library in Nineveh and the Jews were writing the Torah in the Babylonian Empire at the same time in the same region around 600 BC.  There is strong indication from Chatellain and H..G. Wells that Egypt should be considered crucial to why and how history unfolded as well.

The Hebrews and The Sumerians in Mesopotamia

If one really looks at it, Mesopotamia was first set up into city-states by Sumerians, who some sources would say came from Iberia, others, from India.  Whatever the case, they were invaded by Semetic Nomads who set up the Akkadian Empire.  However, Sumerian culture eventually took hold again with its system of writing, and civilized culture, of which the Akkadians learned.  It would seem now that this place of Sumerians and Akkandians were invaded again by Semetic Nomads, this time the Amorites.  In a sense one could say the Hebrews were of the same genetics stock as the Akkadians and the Amorites.  Maurice Chatellain tells us in Our Cosmic Ancestors, no one really knows what the origins of the Sumerians were, but they were the source of the Nineveh Constant, written on their clay tablets, which is the long sought after Great Constant Of The Solar System.  It describes periods and conjuctions of celestial objects which only came to be known to Modern Astronomy, and he is forced to conclude that it had to come to them from gods or astronauts.

The Bold Statement

Key to civilizations taking hold was the settling of wanderer gatherers along rivers in sunny lands and as H.G. Wells points out these two things developed, perhaps in parallel in Mesopotamia and Egypt (The Outline Of History). He explains they happened much differently in the two places.  Mesopotamia seems to be a story of the Sumerians starting civilization, and there being a series of invasions, from nomads, falling under fresh invasions by new nomads until an Empire is formed under Sargon I, while in Egypt we see them protected from all four sides by deserts and oceans resulting in a progression of Dynasties.

There seems to have been two differences worth noting in their technologies (differences are what we are interested in, as I shall explain):  While Mesopotamia had no workable stone their habitations were built of clay brick, and Egypt had plenty workable stone so their habitations were built of stone and wood.  The other is that Sumerian cuneiform was printed in clay tablets and Egyptians used brushwork on papyrus, the origin of paper.  The systems of writing were different as Egyptians used pictures to form words (Hieroglyphs), and I guess the Sumerians had something more like an alphabet.  Before their dynasty, I would mention habitations were not of stone, but were grass huts.

Maurice Chatellain gives a compelling argument that ancient peoples received their technologies from ancient astronauts and one might say that is what Arthur C. Clarke and Stanley Kubrick are suggesting in 2001: A Space Odyssey when a monolith is placed around a tribe of primitive apes who seem to be given by it, the idea of making bones into tools.

The idea behind my book is that my Neptune Equation might hold a clue as to how humans can succeed at this point in time, and whatever that clue is has something to do with what was going on in Mesopotamia as civilization took hold there, because it seems to be verified by The Nineveh Constant known to the Ancient Sumerians.

Chatellain and Bob Dean tell us, if not Arthur C. Clarke, that history unraveled under the influence of Ancient Astronauts. Chatellain tells us in his book Our Cosmic Ancestors, the Nineveh constant was given to us by ancient astronauts.  Wells points out we are at that point in our development  as a civilization since Mesopotamia and Egypt were conquered by Alexander The Great that equals it age before him.

Mesopotamia, Egypt, and Persia:  The Question

While there were internal struggles between Kingdoms in Egypt, and Mesopotamia knew a Unified Empire under Sargon I, around 1500 BC Egypt and Mesopotamia did come to battle with one another and parts of each knew dominion over parts of the other at different times. This we could say was happening until Persia took parts of Mesopotamia (Chaldea) and Egypt (Sixth Century BC).  However, Egypt rebelled and was free for 60 years, then was conquered by Alexander the Great.
Around 600 BC Jews who left Israel for better pastures knew captivity by the Egyptians, the time of Moses in The Old Testament, if you believe such stories.
We now present the obvious:  We know the Neptune Equation has something to do with the Sumerians, because they wrote down the Nineveh Constant.  We know the Sumerians started civilization in Mesopotamia, the first of this to happen, except maybe in parallel with Egypt, independently, but we do not know their origins.  It would seem the time around 600 BC is important: it was the time of the library that in the end housed the Nineveh constant, and around the time of the Torah was written in Babylon, if not around the time of Jewish Captivity in Egypt.  The question of the meaning of the planet Neptune, as signified as significant by the Neptune Equation, rests in discovering not just the origins of the Sumerians, but what they were about, and how they could have acquired such a number.

We have shown that the Neptune equation is verified by the Nineveh Constant.
We also see that Nineveh is connected to the Neptune equation through Ishtar, its patroness, because it represents the planet Venus, and Venus is the source of 7.2 in the Neptune equation and that the Neptune equation is connected to YHWH, the Hebrew word for God, because it has the highest gematria (numerical representation) of 72.  We know the Assyrians worshiped Ishtar, and the Hebrews YHWH in Mesopotamia.

On The 2012 Venus Transit

When I say Dovid Krafchow (The Jewish Bohemian) says that Venus will eclipse the sun on the sixth of June in 2012, which is the sixth of Sivon, which is the day the Jews received the Torah, I would like to make clear the transit was also on the fifth.  It depends on your time zone.  I would also like to say as I understand it, the transit lasted six hours, but from the time zone he was considering, where it occurs on the sixth, it may be that it was only visible for six minutes because the sun set before it could complete.  I would like to say Sivon is a month in the Jewish calendar and that 2012 was one theoretical end for one Mayan Calendar.  The important thing, where my work is concerned, is that the transit of Venus was on the intersection of June 6 and 6 of Sivon, on the day the Hebrews received the torah in 2012, and of course his highest gematria for YHWH being 72, because Venus, as I have explained is important to my Neptune Equation, and because of that 72, as I have explained in my book, YHWH, Ishtar, And The Neptune Equation.  I would like to point out that seconds, minutes, and hours are important divisions of time because they are based on celestial periods and the Nineveh Constant written in Ancient Sumerian Clay Cuneiform tablets is in seconds.  Maurice Chatellain points out in Our Cosmic Ancestors that we must have had the units of seconds to measure time since ancient times.  Minutes are important because they are each 60 seconds and hours are important because they are each 60 minutes.

I would like to add that this enigmatic 9/5 is in flower petal arrangements, as well, and that it is not just in the sum of pi and phi, but in pi alone and phi alone.  I wrote:

I have found nine-fifths occurs throughout nature in the rotation of petals around a most popular arrangement for flowers, in the orbits of jupiter to saturn in their closest approaches to the sun, in the ratio of the molar masses of gold to silver, and in the ratio of the solar radius to the lunar orbit. I further go on to say that this nine-fifths unifies the two most important ratios in mathematics pi and the golden ratio (phi), in that

pi + phi = 3.141 + 1.618 = 4.759

because the numbers after the decimal in the sum (the important part) are 5 and 9 and 7, the average of 5 and nine.

I should also like to point out that the fourth and fifth numbers after the decimal in pi are 5 and 9 and in phi the third and fourth numbers after the decimal are one and eight where nine-fifths divided out is one point eight, and, further, the first and second numbers after the decimal in phi add up to make 7, the average of 9 and 5, and subtract to make five, and the second and third digits after the decimal add up to nine. So not only does the solar system unify pi and phi through nine-fifths, pi and phi taken alone express nine-fifths in the best possible ways. In my work, The Genesis Hypothesis, I go on to show further that the sequence 1.8n were each term is a whole number multiple of 1.8 (1.8, again, being nine-fifths) has significance in the solar system. From this premise, an entire universe opens up that is mysterious enough to call, The Cosmic Mysticum. Read all about it in my work, The Genesis Hypothesis.

Where flower petals are concerned:

Chapter One: The Unification Of Pi and Phi by Nine-Fifths

Essentially, that which we have discovered is that the solar system (by way of nine-fifths) unifies the two most important ratios in mathematics, pi and the golden ratio.

I have often spoken of nine-fifths (9/5) as pivotal to the solar system and nature. It is in the ratio of the orbit of saturn to that of jupiter in their closest approaches to the sun putting the earth at one unit from the sun. It is in the ratio of the solar radius to the moon's orbit around earth. It is in the molar mass of gold to the molar mass of silver. I have shown that the sequence 1.8n = a_n where each successive number is a whole number multiple of 1.8 which is nine-fifths, is a sequence that is pivotal to the structure of the solar system. Two of the most important numbers in mathematics are pi and the golden ratio (phi).

pi =3.141 and phi

phi = 1.618

I have just noticed if we add respective digits after the decimal in one number to the other, we get:

141 + 618 = 759

In 759 we have the nine of nine fifths and the five of nine-fifths, and the 7 is the average of 9 and five. That is:

(9+5)/2= 14/2 = 7

We determine the golden angle by multiplying 1.618 by 360 the degrees in a circle:

1.618(360) = 582.48

We subtract 360:

582.48-360 = 222.48

360-222.48 = 137.52 = the golden angle

The golden angle is angle leaves rotate around the stem of a plant as you go down it.

We determine the nine-fifths angle: 1.8(360) = 648    648-360 = 288 and 288-360=72

360/72 = 5

That means if leaves were to rotate around the stem of a plant by the nine-fifths angle, their position would repeat every five times. This frequency of five brings to mind a statement by the Russian scientist Shubnikov:
“As to the alive organisms, we have not for them such theory, which could answer the question what kinds of symmetry are compatible or incompatible to existence of living material. But we can note here that remarkable fact that among the representatives of the alive nature the pentagonal symmetry meets more often.”

The Nine-Fifths angle is then 72 degrees. This is the separation between petals in a most popular flower petal arrangement: that one in which we see five petals around the stem.

Pentagonal symmetry is five-fold. It would appear 9/5 (1.8) brings together pi the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, and phi, the golden ratio, in a most stunning way.
