A man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage over the vandalism of the Rollrights Stones near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, central England.
    The stone circle was covered with yellow paint in the attack on the night of 31 March, as covered by Archaeo News, causing an estimated £50,000 worth of damage.
    The 26-year-old man has been questioned by police and released on bail until 19 March.
