  STONE
      CIRCLE, CUPMARKED STONE
 |

    | On
a small mound and under an oak tree, this four-poster stone circle comprises
four schist boulders arranged in a rectangle measuring 4m x 3.5m. The highest
stone (2.2m) is to the north-east, the smallest to the south-west. To the south-east of the stone circle there is a prostrate slab covered
      with 43 cupmarks.
Not far from this site, to the north-west there is an isolated standing
stone. The site was excavated in 1964 and a deposit of cremated bone, pottery
      and burnt wood was found.
