Land near Welsh megalithic site is up for auction

A 21 acre plot of land that adjoins the Tinkinswood burial chamber (Vale of Glamorgan, Wales) is up for auction and its guide price is between £80,000-£120,000, corresponding to about 115,000-175,000 euros. The land is located to the south of the village of St Nicholas and to the north of Duffryn Gardens in the heart of The Vale of Glamorgan. Access is from Duffryn Lane, a district road connecting Duffryn Gardens with St Nicholas.
This Lot comprises 21.69 acres of undulating permanent pasture of high amenity values as edged in red on the plan. Part of the land adjoins the Tinkinswood Long Cairn Burial Chamber. The new owner will be responsible for replacing fencing and access stiles to the land within 4 weeks of ownership.
